Lacey Clement Richard

Lacey Clement Richard holds her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Nicholls State University and her Masters of Occupational Therapy from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. Lacey completed her pediatric occupational therapy clinical rotation at the Center for Pediatric Therapy from January thru April of 2012. After graduating, Lacey began practicing in Thibodaux in 2012 and began practicing at the Center for Pediatric Therapy in 2014.

Lacey provides occupational therapy to children and adolescents (birth-21) with a focus on the areas of sensory processing, handwriting, oral-motor, feeding, self-care skills, and fine motor development. She is a member of the Louisiana Occupational Therapy Association. She has attended specialized feeding training in the Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S.) Approach and Talk Tools Sensory-Motor Approach to feeding, The Alert Program and she has completed trainings and in person courses related to identifying and treating tethered oral tissues (TOTs). Lacey has also attended continuing education courses in the areas of Interactive Metronome, neurodevelopment, visual processing, and handwriting. As a therapist at The Center for Pediatric Therapy, Lacey is an occupational therapy provider for Louisiana’s early intervention program, Early Steps.

Lacey resides in Thibodaux with her husband, Eric, and son, Easton and daughter, Harper.
